Overwatch 2 Beta Test Schedule Revealed
Blizzard Entertainment revealed the launch date for the first beta of Overwatch 2 and what we can expect from these tests.
We got to know the details of the upcoming beta tests of Overwatch 2, a sequel to the popular network shooter by Blizzard Entertainment.
- The beta will start on April 26th this year and will have a closed character.
- The tests will take place exclusively on PC, but the creators are planning to admit console players in the future.
- Participants will be selected from those who apply via the official website.
- To take part in the tests, it will be necessary to own the full version of the first Overwatch.
Overwatch 2 - what the first beta tests will offer
In the first closed beta tests, players will be able to check out:
- PvP gameplay, in which two teams of five players will face off,
- A new heroine named Sojourn,
- New mode, called Push,
- All maps from the first Overwatch plus four additional maps created specifically for OW2,
- Four old characters (Orisa, Doomfist, Bastion and Sombra) in a refreshed version,
- Ping system.
Recall that so far we do not know when we can expect the release of Overwatch 2. A few days ago we learned the beta's system requirements on PC.
