Overwatch 2 Beta Test Schedule Revealed

We got to know the details of the upcoming beta tests of Overwatch 2, a sequel to the popular network shooter by Blizzard Entertainment.

• The beta will start on April 26th this year and will have a closed character.
• The tests will take place exclusively on PC, but the creators are planning to admit console players in the future.
• Participants will be selected from those who apply via the official website.
• To take part in the tests, it will be necessary to own the full version of the first Overwatch.

Overwatch 2 - what the first beta tests will offer

In the first closed beta tests, players will be able to check out:

1. PvP gameplay, in which two teams of five players will face off,
2. A new heroine named Sojourn,
3. New mode, called Push,
4. All maps from the first Overwatch plus four additional maps created specifically for OW2,
5. Four old characters (Orisa, Doomfist, Bastion and Sombra) in a refreshed version,
6. Ping system.

Recall that so far we do not know when we can expect the release of Overwatch 2. A few days ago we learned the beta's system requirements on PC.
