Rarely we can see games so well received by players and critiques as Clair Obscur Expedition 33. According to SeamDB, right now almost 30 000 people are playing it. Surprisingly, many of them are not wondering about technical problems but about the main protagonist – Gustave. It seems that a great number of fans believe that he looks like Robert Pattinson. Is that true?
While gameplay is crucial for the game, it can’t be denied that other elements are also important. The game without proper story, music and voice acting is lacking. It seems that Clair Obscur Expedition does all these elements quite well. Of course, thank to talented people who make this production possible. Among them are some famous people.

Recently, we had a chance to see him in The Lighthouse (Thomas Howard) or as Batman in The Batman. It can’t be denied that he is a recognizable figure. Many people believe that he may be the face behind Gustave in Clair Obscur Expedition 33. Is it really true?

It seems not. While we can’t deny the similarity, developers did not announce anything like that. Moreover, Gustave is not voiced by Rober Pattinson but by 2 other talented actors:
As you can see, it is highly unlikely that Gustave is really Robert Pattinson, even if there is a resemblance. It can be just a coincidence.
