Problems with Shark in Tribe Nine? Defeat it with us!

Tribe Nine is a free-to-play action game, available for both PC and mobile devices. In this production, players create a team and control one of three characters (switching between them), who take part in dynamic duels in arenas. Of course, there are fights with bosses, and one of them is the Shark. It is not an easy opponent, so if you have problems defeating it, we encourage you to read our guide, which explains its key mechanics and give a number of interesting tips.

How to defeat Shark in Tribe Nine?

First of all, it is worth preparing for battle, that is, Tension Cards. Survival cards will be an excellent choice in this case, especially Ferocity. Not only will it increase your Critical Damage, but on top of that it will revive one of your companions if defeated.

Now let's move on to team composition. Of course, it is important to choose your best possible characters. If you have acquired Roku Saigo, then choose him, mainly because of his Shock Absorber ability, which significantly reduces the damage received. Then team up with fighters, who specialize in dealing damage.

When it comes to the fight itself, Shark has several attacks to watch out for.

1. He usually starts a duel by diving into the ground and attacking quickly. Try to parry it.
2. The boss also has two different melee attacks. The first is a tail sweep, just do a backward dodge in this case. The second blow is a triple bite. The first two are fast, while the third is heavily delayed. A sideways dodge gets the job done in this case.
3. The next attack is a laser, which you can simply dodge below it or hide behind Shark's tail.
4. The boss can also fire a fair number of mines. Stand in front of one of them when it does, because after a while, the opponent starts rushing towards you. When it's close, perform a dodge away from the mine, as the Shark will then receive powerful blast damage and be stunned.
5. One of the more difficult attacks to avoid is when the opponent creates water waves. It is worth being close to the center of the arena during this attack. Watch out for the third circle, as the Shark emerges after it. Pay attention to a patch of water appearing on the ground, as this signals you that after a while the boss will emerge and attack. Try to dodge to avoid the hit. It is a good time to change your active character to Roku Saigo, who, with the help of Shock Absorber, will reduce a lot of damage.
6. The last attack that Shark has in store is Whirlpool Attack. You have two options. Move away from the center of the arena and stay close to the edge while avoiding waves or/and change your active character to Roku Saigo and take damage with Shock Absorber.
