Robin Hood - Sherwood Builders - Bandit's Trail - Free Prologue Debuts Today

MeanAstronauts has been working on the Robin Hood: Sherwood Builders project for some time now, which will combine elements of RPG and city-builder genres. We are now able to find the game for free.

1. Today Steam saw the debut of Robin Hood: Sherwood Builders - Bandit's Trail.
2. It's a free prologue, which will give us a foretaste of the atmosphere and mechanics we can expect from the full version.
3. Robin Hood: Sherwood Builders - Bandit's Trail has already been unlocked
4. The prologue will enable us to explore Barnsdale, the first region of the game world.

In Robin Hood: Sherwood Builders we will take on the role of the titular outlaw, whose goal will be to stage a coup at the highest ranks of power in Nottingham. During the game we will deal with people seeking refuge from the Sheriff's regime. We will start by building a small forest camp, but over time we will transform it into a small fortress. The player will have to provide the charges with food, clothing, equipment and security. He will not do all this on his own - it will prove necessary to outsource some tasks to recruits.

As Robin Hood we will also be making ambushes on king's convoys, attacking sheriff's knights, fighting bandits and robbing houses of rich aristocrats.

Robin Hood: Sherwood Builders is heading exclusively for PC. For now, the developers are not ready to give a planned release date.
