The action RPG Granblue Fantasy: Relink made its debut today. The game from Cygames studio has received very high ratings from critics.
A few days ago, the quite colorful action RPG Granblue Fantasy: Relink was released. It's an adaptation of a fighting game released for mobile devices in 2014, which may be of interest to fans of Final Fantasy XVI (in terms of gameplay) and Genshin Impact (in terms of graphics).
The action of Granblue Fantasy: Relink takes place in the fantastic world of Sky Realm, characterized by flying islands. The main character is the captain of an airborne crew whose goal is to reach the legendary Estalucia.
The player will engage in numerous battles with different types of monsters on the way to the mysterious island. Team members controlled by AI will help the protagonist in combat, but you can also go on an adventure with friends (three max).
Since yesterday - when the embargo on publishing reviews passed - Granblue Fantasy: Relink has received many high scores from critics. The average score for the PS5 version of the game on Metacritic is 80/100 (based on 57 reviews). In the case of the PC release, it's the same, although it's based on only 9 reviews. The game received praise primarily for its engaging gameplay and combat system, while the presented story didn't fare so well - below, you can take a look at selected scores.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink is extremely popular, as shown by the high number of active players on Steam. Over 73,000 people were playing the game simultaneously at its peak moment (via SteamDB).

A demo of Granblue Fantasy: Relink is available on PS5 and PS4, allowing interested players to test the title. If you'd rather play on a PC, you can check out the hardware requirements for the game below.
