Steam Deck Launch Delayed

Steam Deck became another victim of supply issues in the PC component market.

Steam Deck will not be released this year. Valve has announced the that the release of its portable "console" will be delayed. Instead of December, the device will be sent to buyers in February 2022.

If you have been following the situation on the electronic device market in the last few months with increasing "enthusiasm", you can probably guess the reason for this decision. Valve, despite its declared efforts, failed to avoid problems due to component shortages. The company promises that bookings will remain in the same order, although dates will be moved accordingly.
