Styx: Shards of Darkness demo is live

If you have not yet tried out Styx: Shards of Darkness, now's your chance. A demo for Cyanide's stealth action game has just been released on PC, XONE, and PS4.

Almost three months after the release of Styx: Shards of Darkness, Cyanide Studios has finally released the game’s demo. You can play it on all platforms on which the game showed up, that is PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. As for the PC version, you can download the demo from Steam, and if you like what you see, you can currently buy the full version of Styx: Shards of Darkness at a 40% discount and pick up the adventure right where you left off in the demo.

The demonstration of Styx: Shards of Darkness takes you through a tutorial level, which introduces players to the game’s mechanics. In it you explore the streets of Thoben the City of Thieves, where the nasty goblin must steal the pay of the local guards – there is also a fair deal of hiding, sneaking and assassinating. If you played only the first game, you will also notice improved level design, upgraded acrobatics as well as new gadgets and tools.
