The great mod The Hell 3 for the first installmnet of Diablo finally got version 1.0. The project upgrades the game engine and heavily expands its content.
The mod has received a new version numbered 1.040, which adds two new AR dungeons (Desolate Mausoleum and Ruined Tample), completing all of Cathedral's planned maps.
Diablo IV is currently doing very well, thanks in part to its excellent debut on Game Pass. However, there are fans of the series who don't intend to abandon the first installment, released in 1996. A significant mod called The Hell 3 has been created with them in mind and has been released in version 1.0 after extensive work.
This is the third installment of the modification series, which has been authored by Mordor_XP. The aim of the project is a thorough improvement of the game. That was the intention behind the first The Hell. The second mod in the series has already significantly changed the gameplay, while The Hell 3 goes even further - both in terms of expanding the gameplay and adding new content. The mod offers, among other things:
The Hell 3 also includes all the attractions of the first and second The Hell. So it removes most of the errors and shortcomings left by the original developers and improves the enemy AI. First of all, we get a new engine that allows us to play in resolutions up to 4K at 60 frames per second.
The mod also restores multiplayer and improves controls. Additionally, in The Hell 3 you will find new items, additional spells, monsters, and bosses prepared with previous versions in mind. Over 30 hero classes were introduced, along with a multitude of extra missions for added enjoyment.
