The latest Zelda game has conquered the world - the title is collecting excellent ratings, some fans waited for three days for their copy in front of the store, and still others got a tattoo. A true frenzy!

The Kingdom of Hyrule is once again facing a danger that only Link can address - six years after the debut of the excellent Breath of the Wild, we get the long-awaited sequel. Long story short: the Switch got another excellent exclusive.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - release date

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is now available on sale on Nintendo Switch in the eShop and stationary stores. It is worth noting that the the new installment of the series is $10 more expensive than other Nintendo games.

This has to do with the strength of the brand - Breath of the Wild was a launch title for the Switch console, and the new part, judging by the reviews, promises to be another excellent exclusive. If you are interested in the digital version, prepare about 17 GB of disk space.

The title again gives us the chnace to play as Link, who must save the land of Hyrule from creatures acting under the influence of the Blood Moon. Tears of the Kingdom is a opne-world adventure action game. The title uses mechanics known from Breath of the Wild, and also introduces new elements such as the ability to build various vehicles or flying islands. The title offers dozens of hours of fun.

Excellent ratings

In the case of the new Zelda we are either dealing with an excellent game or with a "global conspiracy" - the average rating drawn from 87 reviews on Metacritic is as high as 96/100. First customer and tattoo on demand

The release of the latest Zelda is a big event, which can be seen especially in the behavior of fans.

One of them, David Castillo, became the first owner of a physical version of Tears of the Kingdom in the United States. This is no mean feat, as the New Yorker waited nearly three days in line for the opening of a Nintendo store to celebrate the release of the new Zelda (he even took time off work to do this). Congratulations on the man's perseverance.

Creativity, on the other hand, was demonstrated by a tattoo artist from the UK - in anticipation of the game's release, she decided to decorate her hand with an image of Midna, one of the characters accompanying Link in The Legend of Zelda series. The tattoo is full of details, which was appreciated in the comments.
