To romance Skylar in Date Everything you have to believe her

Dating sims is an interesting genre. While there are a lot of “traditional” games out there, there also many less conventional ones. Date Everything! is one of them. It features a crazy humor and… a possibility to date everything around you. You can do that thanks to your high-tech glasses (it’s not magic, I promise). Their personification is Skylar. Of course, like all other characters, she is also dateable. However, romance with her is a little bit hidden.

How to romance Skylar and make her love you in Date Everything

Skylar is the first character you meet. Her job is to guide you through the game. However, she is also dateable. She tells you that herself when you ask her about it. Nevertheless, the process is not so straightforward (similarly confusing to meeting Lucinda Lavish). You have to pay attention to what she says and, quite literally, believe her.

If you want to romance Skylar, talk to her as usual.

1. From the “main menu” pick “Let’s chat about you”
2. “Can we talk about how all this ‘dating objects’ thing works’?” should be your next choice.
3. Now, talk about topics from the list. It is crucial to show interest and believe her.
4. The most important part of it is to answer “I think that makes perfect sense!” after she explains something.
5. After 3 conversations (or so) she will confess her Love.
6. Keep in mind that each dialog that progresses romance closes her “app” for the day. So, if you have any game-related questions, ask them earlier.

While Skylar romance is well hidden among menus, there are relationships which are in plain sight but are difficult to progress either way. For example, it is easy to be hated or end up with Friendship status in the case of Eddie and Volt. We know how to make them love you, though. Moreover, Cam can be also quite difficult to befriend (or make him fall in love with you). However, once again we come to the rescue.
