Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong is the newest RPG from Big Bad Wolf. The title is set in the universe of the World of Darkness and enables us to direct the fate of three vampires belonging to three different clans. This page contains a list of all achievements available in the game.

Below you will find a list of all 37 achievements that can be obtained during the adventure. Please note that some trophies depend on the decisions made during the game.
NOTE: The following table contains spoilers about the plot of Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong.

A gathering of beasts | First scene completed. |
"Are you scared now? You should be." | Fifth scene completed. |
World of Darkness | S.A.D. Base scene started. |
Neonate | Discipline or skill increased to level 3. |
Ancilla | Skill increased to maximum level. |
Elder | Discipline increased to maximum level. |
Polite conversation | Win a confrontation without using discipline. |
Road of the Beast | Start and win a confrontation when you are hungry. |
Proper' vampires frown on this | Feed on a rat. |
You are what you eat | Gain resonance with any character. |
"Meet me there" | Find all the Safe Zones. |
Parley | Galeb didn't kill anyone while kidnapping Moore from his apartment. |
Mom of the Year | Leysha was able to calm Halsey down throughout her mission at the Loft. |
How could I forget? | Emem found all the memories she lost in prison. |
The right dose | Leysha freed the vessel in Salon Rouge. |
The enemy of my enemy | Galeb freed the werewolf at the S.A.D. Base. |
A hard pill to swallow | Leysha succumbed to her rage and killed Richard Dunham. |
I never want to see you again | Leysha spared Richard Dunham after hearing the truth. |
Eat the liches | Emem left the Camarilla. |
Promotion | Emem has joined Primogen. |
My flesh and blood | Leysha escaped from the S.A.D Base with Halsey. |
Despair has its own calms | Leysha is locked up in the Vatican and can't forget the destruction of Halsey. |
From one prison to another | Leysha was unable to escape and is locked up in the SAD base. |
Eternal Protector | Galeb has appeared to the Prince and returned to his place in Camarilla. |
"My time has come". | Galeb left Camarilla to watch out for Beckoning. |
No survivors | Galeb eliminated all high-ranking members of the Society of St. Leopold. |
Precision job | Galeb found the right implant on Long Island the first time. |
Black Rattlers | Emem left Camp Anarch with Cerys, Rafa, and Saule. |
Don't pet the dog | Leysha escaped from a werewolf at the S.A.D. Base. |
For the dead travel fast | Leysha managed to get to Halsey in time to save her. |
Detective | Emem found all the clues about the informant at the SAD Base. |
Face the music | After freeing Kurt from prison, Emem defeated Kurt at the SAD base. |
Swansong | Complete the game. |
"You've gone too far" | Emem defeated Hilda and stopped the British invasion. |
"Let us show them the power of immortality" | Emem, Leysha and Galeb survived the attack on Boston. |
"We will never forget them" | Emem, Leysha and Galeb died during the attack on Boston. |
