As part of Steam Next Fest, a demo of Warhaven is available for a few days. This multiplayer game may be of interest to For Honor fans.
Today will mark the beginning of Steam Next Fest, an event dedicated to upcoming games where you will be able to try out hundreds of demos. If you are a fan of For Honor, then you may be interested in the multiplayer game Warhaven. You can play the game's demo now until the end of the Steam Next festival, that is, until June 26.
Warhaven is a game offering exclusively multiplayer fun. In the game, as in the aforementioned For Honor from Ubisoft, players can engage in exciting duels with each other using melee weapons. However, fighters don't have to limit themselves to one-on-one clashes, as they also have cannons, ballistae and other war machines at their disposal. These two different combat options make the battles in Warhaven seem chaotic, yet spectacular at the same time. In the game, 32 players divided into two teams of sixteen fight against each other on a single map.
The demo offers six different character classes, they are Blade, Spike, Warhammer, Guardian, Smoke and Hush. Each of them during combat can transform into a so-called Immortal, a hero with supernatural powers. Having such a character wielding magic in the team can prove to be very helpful in combat.
In Warhaven there are several modes of gameplay, which consist in seizing the largest number of points or just one - in this case you have to do it faster than the opposing team.
If you are interested in Warhaven and would like to play a demo of the game, it is worth checking out the hardware requirements of the game (below).
Warhaven will debut in early access this fall, exclusively on PC. The game will be distributed in a free-to-play model.
