Outriders: Another location - how do move there?

On this page of the Outriders guide, you will learn how to move to another locations. While moving to the next areas while completing quests is simple, the game doesn't explain how to get back to already explored locations.

After talking to Jacob, you will see a map with all the locations you have unlocked so far

To move to another location you must find Jacob in the area you are in (usually at the beginning of the map) He is responsible for your transport. He will also move you to new locations as you progress in the main quests, and he can change the appearance of your vehicle. It's sometimes worth going back to your original base inRift Town, too complete the quests in the Historian series.
