Outriders: New NPCs - how to unlock?

This section of the Outriders guide will provide you with information on how to get the new NPCs. On this guide page, you will learn what you need to do to get more traders and quest characters available.

At the beginning of the game, you will only have access to one character and merchant at a time. The new trader you will unlock in the mission A Bad Day is Eva Lopez. She has two main weapons. You will find a new character connected to the Historian questline after a Terra Infirma side quest. It's Madame Beauvoir. She, like Eva Lopez, is in the initial location.

Madame Beauvoir will have some missions for you from the "Historian" series.

If you want to unlock crafting options, complete the main quest Dedication. You will then gain access to Zahedi, a man who will help you upgrade items. He is in every base, traveling with you and Jacob.
