Red Dead Redemption 2: Preaching Forgiveness as He went - walkthrough

Preaching Forgiveness as He Went is one of the main missions available in the third chapter of Red Dead Redemption 2. In this mission, Arthur and Lenny go to the Shady Belle mansion.

How to unlock: After "An Honest Mistake", "The Course of True Love" and "American Distillation".

Walkthrough: Speak with Lenny in the camp. Time for a rather long ride. You spot a wagon on the road near the ruins. Follow the wagon by keeping a safe distance - soon, you will reach the manor. Hide your horse in the forest and get closer to the wall. Take out a sniper rifle and take a closer look at the guards.

You now have to make a choice - shoot the enemies and, i.e. detonate the wagon with dynamites, or send Lenny to make a small sabotage. Both choices are very similar - sending Lenny makes things a little bit easier for you because the man will focus enemies' attention. This will allow you to eliminate enemies from a distance.

Hold your position and use the sniper rifle to eliminate all enemies. At some point, Lenny will fall to the ground - you can help him, but this isn't mandatory (Lenny will deal with the treat himself). One of the guards will use the machine gun on the balcony - take him out with an accurate shot.

Kill all enemies. After that, you have to enter the wagon. Examine its content and then leave the manor. You come across three riders - you have to fight them, regardless of your choices. Try to kill them in one move - use the Dead Eye. Reach the destination to end this mission.

How to get a gold medal in Preaching Forgiveness as He Went?

1. Kill 10 Lemoyne Raiders with a sniper rifle - Send Lenny to go to the manor. Thanks to that you will have a better chance at eliminating the enemies with your rifle.
2. Complete the mission in less than 11 minutes and 30 seconds - You need to be accurate with your shots. Run to the weapons wagon immediately after the fight.
3. Complete with at least 70% accuracy - Watch out your accuracy, and eliminate the enemies with headshots.
4. Complete the mission without using items that replenish health. This requirement appears in many missions in RDR2 - avoid using health replenishing items.
