The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening: Gohma Boss

Gohmas are two Mini-Bosses in Catfish's Maw. They move back and forth sideways with their eyes constantly closed. They will open their eyes just for a moment to fire a luminous green bullet at you. Occasionally one of them will charge at you. Use a shield to bounce it off.

Follow the Gohma, and when it stops, stand in front of it and cover yourself with a shield. When the bullet hits your shield, quickly shoot its opened eye with an arrow. Hookshot will also do the trick, however, it deals less damage. Playing the "Ballad of the Wind Fish" on your Ocarina causes them to instantly open their eyes. To defeat a single Gohma, you must shoot seven arrows in its eye.
