After you climb to the top of the stairs, approach the table in front of you. The recorder is on the tabletop.

Behind the table, there is a room with a locked door.
To find the pendant inside, open the door with your knife.

After you leave the staircase go right twice.
This way, you will enter a room with one more artifact.
Artifact #84 -Marlene's Journal
While going ahead, you should notice a big tent.
Search it thoroughly because, the journal is inside.

After you barricade the door for the second time and walk into the corridor, open the door to the right.
The last artifact is behind the door.
