ACNH: Wilbur - what does he do? where to find?

After your first trip with Wilbur, you will soon realize that he's a little weird - he keeps talking in some code. Most of all, however, he is the only pilot you will meet during your adventure in Animal Crossing.
Where to find him?
You can meet Wilbur in two places - either at the airport just before you leave and when you return, or on a deserted island where he can take you back to your island.
What can he do?
You can trade with Wilbur when you are on a deserted island - he can sell you, for example, the necessary tools. In addition, the captain will help you when you get stuck - you can call for help via the app on your phone.
