How to unlock: Right after completing Aya.

During this mission you must find and save Damastes. He is inside of a cage located on enemies' ship.
The best way to eliminate the enemies is to perform stealth kills. You can do that by using your bow or a hidden blade. Enemies can charge at you when they notice Bayek. When this happens, you won't be able to free the prisoner. Save the prisoner and follow him so he can reach the appointed place without a scratch. There, you must speak with him.
You learn that the scroll is at a bottom of a lake. You must sail out and use Senu to locate a shipwreck. The scroll is inside of a chest in a sunken ship. Retrieve it and take the item to Apollodorus. You must escort him to his house. You can use a boat to transport him. This will make the mission much easier - you can reach your destination faster and you won't be attacked by enemies.
