AC Origins: How to unlock legendary Isu Armor?

In order to unlock Isu Armor you need to activate the mechanism in Giza. It is called Eesfet Oon'm'AA Poo. It is located below the statue of Sphinx. To open the entrance to the mechanism you need to complete all Stone Circles. There are 12 of them. The mechanism itself requires 50 Silica. This material can be found in most of the Tombs. Activate the mechanism and listen to the story. After that you will receive the armor.
