AC Origins: End of the Snake and the end of Aya mission

How to unlock: Right after completing Gennadios the Phylatikial.
Suggested level: 12.
In the beginning of this mission you must find a Royal Scribe. He is in Royal Palace.
Inside, you can examine a few objects - a ladder (near a window), a key (on the left shelf near a statue) and a chest (near a desk). The key is marked on the picture with a blue circle. When your hero examines the items, and finds out who The Snake is you must then go to bathhouse.
There, you should move on columns and rocky elements. This allows you to avoid detection and reach your target with ease. Kill the enemy and leave the location. Again, the upper parts are your best choice. Remember that you don't have any weapons.
Leave the bathhouse and go to your beloved. Speak with her. After that the game moves you to modern times. Leave Animus and find Aya's DNA. Here coffin is located at a bottom of a water tank. Dive and find it. Collect her DNA and go back to Animus.
