In Uab Nome you can visit one Tomb. Upon entering it you find yourself in a room with a pride of lions.
Go around them and reach a passage located vis-a-vis the entrance. Keep going straight. You reach another room with a lion.
Go around him or face the animal. Turn left.
Keep going straight until you reach a tablet.
