Ever heard of Salt and Sanctuary? It is a side-scroller soulslike that has been quite well received by fans of demanding gameplay and gaming masochists alike. Well, this game will get a sequel called Salt and Sacrifice – the name suggests that it will be even funnier. If crying bitter tears over the game isn't enough, then you can put some salt on the wound – the second part will be released on the Epic Games Store, not Steam. You're welcome!

The plot of Salt and Sacrifice will take us to the kingdom of Alterstone, where, as the Inquisitor, we will hunt for everything that is evil and harassing the inhabitants of the land. We will meet all too many opponents, so we will face an eternal wandering full of dangers and balancing on the verge of life and death. There will be eight character classes at our disposal, as well as a grapple launcher, which will be useful both in combat and exploration. Prepare to die, as the developers have announced that the difficulty level will be increased.
