The creators remained true to the original Worms gameplay, but added new fun modes, additional weapons and accessories for the title games. Along with the release of the game, WORMNET network service servers were also launched, allowing for multiplayer clashes via the Internet.

Railroad Tycon II is a continuation of the excellent economic strategy of 1991. The player takes on the role of an entrepreneur who wants to build a railway empire. Its basic tasks include, among others, laying out railway routes, obtaining funds for investments and fighting against competition. Developers from PopTop Software studio took care of a large number of scenarios for solo games and a fully functional multiplayer game mode.
