Battlefield 2: Armored Fury PC

Armored Fury is another paid addon (so-called booster pack) for Battlefield 2, which for the first time takes the players to the United States. Electronic Arts and Digital Illusions addressed the requests of the fans who have been asking for scenarios on American soil.

This extension consists of three new maps. The first one (Operation Midnight Sun) takes us to Alaska, where the Chinese army are trying to secure an oil supply. Battle for Port Valdez is crucial for the territory and largely decides on further enemy moves. The second map (Operation Harvest) tells the story of the march of the MEC troops to the capital of the United States. American forces have to stop the moving enemy and maintain a foothold until the reinforcements arrive. The third and the final scenario (Operation Road Rage) is focused on combat deep into the country. The MEC uses the highway to transport its soldiers to key factories. Defenders focus on stopping the enemy, and thus protecting civilian population centers located nearby.

In addition to the new maps, the developers prepared six new units. We find among them a light reconnaissance helicopters, MD 530 Little Bird, and a multi-purpose aircraft, similar to the A-10 Warthog.
