Bear With Me: The Lost Robots

Bear With Me: The Lost Robots is a prequel to an episodic point-and-click adventure game titled Bear With Me. The game was developed by Exordium Games and published by Modus Games.

Plot

The Lost Robots takes place before the events shown in Bear With Me. Players can thus learn about the circumstances that led to the events known from the above mentioned production. The whole story revolves around Flint. Together with detective Ted E. Bear, he investigates a series of mysterious events taking place in Paper City, including murders and kidnappings.

Mechanics

Like in its predecessor, in Bear With Me: The Lost Robots, the action is shown from the side perspective. The classic point-and-click adventure game revolves around exploring locations, looking for useful items, and solving environmental puzzles. The game does not impose the order in which they should be completed pass. This means that the player can return to an unsolved puzzle at any time. Moreover, in order to obtain certain pieces ofinformation, Flint and Ted must interact with NPCs they encounter.

Technical aspects

The Lost Robots has two-dimensional, comic book visuals and maintains it in a monochrome color scheme.
