Curse of the Sea Rats is a 2.5D metroidvania game, or, as the creators call it. a ratoidvania, because we play as one of the four characters, which as a result of a curse were turned into rats. Our task is to find the admiral's son, which will not be easy, because many opponents will stand in our way - from the inhabitants of the seabed to creatures born from magic. The game can be played in local cooperation mode or solo. Curse of the Sea Rats is part of a larger universe of animated films, comics and toys.

Plot

Curse of the Sea Rats takes us to the coast of Ireland in 1777. We choose on one of the 4 available characters: David Douglas, Bussa, Buffalo Calf, and Akane Yamakawa. They were cursed by a pirate witch and turned into rats. Players will face 11 different scenarios in order to complete the main task - saving the admiral's son.
