Deep Diving Adventures Description
Deep Diving Simulator is a simulation game in which players assume the role of a professional diver. The game was developed by an independent team from Katowice, Jujubee comprising developers who previously worked on such games as Realpolitiks, Kursk, and Flashout series.
Plot
The main character of the game works for Professor Adams, helping him to investigate the mysteries of the seabed filled with wrecks and sunken objects. By gaining experience, the protagonist becomes better and better in his field and with time he can enter more difficult (and dangerous) areas.
Mechanics
In Deep Diving Simulator the action is shown from the first person perspective (FPP). As the game progresses, players plunder sunken ships, collect sunken relics, discover new species of animals (which are added to the encyclopedia built into the game on an ongoing basis), and remove impurities that pose a threat to the underwater ecosystem. The protagonist can use the Eco-Gun, a gadget resembling a gun, with the help of which players help marine organisms in various ways, treating them or, for example, eliminating the nets in which they got tangled in.
Players should stay vigilant as there are many predators awaiting - apart from friendly seals and dolphins, one can also find sharks and rays. Moreover, it is worth carefully observing the compression and oxygen ratios, and be mindful of one's actions - too fast immersion or ascent may result in the protagonist suffering from the deadly and dangerous decompression disease.
In exchange for further successes, players not only receive praise from Professor Adams but also collect awards in the form of better equipment.
Technical aspects
Deep Diving Simulator has high-quality 3D visuals. Players are bound to appreciate the detailed and richly animated marine organisms, as well as the way in which the water behaves. Players are accompanied by atmospheric music composed by Adam Skorupa, known for his soundtracks to such games as Bulletstorm, Ancestors: Legacy, and The Witcher series.
