Doctor Who: The Lonely Assassins is a role-playing adventure game with elements of horror and a large dose of suspense, which takes place in the universe of the well-known British TV series Doctor Who. Doctor Who: The Lonely Assassins is set in Wester Drumlins, an uninhabited estate known from one of the best episodes in the history of Doctor Who, entitled Blink. To solve the mysterious disappearance, the player has to cooperate with cult figures like Petronella Osgood (played by Ingrid Oliver) and Larry Nightingale (Finlay Robertson). Communication with them takes place via mobile phone.
Doctor Who: The Lonely Assassins is an adventure game in which we try to solve the mystery of a "found phone". During the gameplay, we solve challenging puzzles and use a smartphone to discover the content hidden in it, using a web browser, browsing photos and videos or exchanging messages with people on the contact list.
The hero has to face not only the Weeping Angels, but also a new enemy. While discovering the truth, the player is constantly accompanied by an atmosphere of tension like in the horror games.
Doctor Who: The Lonely Assassins features an original graphic design that combines viewing smartphone interface elements with live recordings of actors and real places.
