JG Games studio is a studio created by the Australian Joe Gibbs. His debut project is a 4X strategy game set in a fictional empire inspired by the Roman Empire and Byzantium. The title is distinguished by a "survival" aspect of gameplay, manifested in the fact that the state we take control of is on the brink of inevitable collapse. As a result, there is no possibility of victory and we can only delay defeat.

Gameplay

Unlike traditional strategy games focused on expansion and conquest, Fall of an Empire challenges us to manage an empire that is in decline. Overwhelming problems include invasions by barbarian tribes, internal rebellions, depleted legions, and empty treasuries. Even changing seasons test our logistics.
