The title of the expansion refers to the new, playable race of Alayi, characterized by unique ability to transform during winter, adapting to this harsh season. Alayi are also closely connected with a new resource, called Pearls of Auriga, which can be sacrificed on special altars to modify effects of winter. This allows us to make use of weather to our advantage during battles.

More than two thousand of playable characters appear in Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence – Ascension.

The game was created as a result of cooperation between the independent studio, Unicube, and Team 17, the company famous for the Worms series. The player becomes a leader of a group of survivors hiding in a gloomy underground shelter after a nuclear catastrophe. The game begins when the first bombs are about to fall. We have a limited amount of time to gather supplies for the first weeks of living underground.

StarDrive 2: Sector Zero

The gameplay itself does not deviate significantly from what we have seen in the original. The developers introduced two new mechanics, though.

This time the player leads the German or the Russian army in the battles taking place near the eponymous Mius river during 1943. Battles are fought in very simplified form and take place on small arenas, which fit entirely on the smartphone’s or tablet’s screen.

The world in Life in Bunker is procedurally generated and player has access to four underground floors. The game is deprived of any storyline which could be highlighted - the player is taken to a randomly generated open world, leading a group of gnomes. Having limited supplies, the creatures wish to settle down and establish a kingdom in these unknown areas.
