Hex Commander: Fantasy Heroes for PC, AND and iOS is a turn-based fantasy strategy game developed by Home Net Games. It takes place in a world consumed by a conflict between humans, orcs, elves, dwarves and goblins.
During the campaign, the player controls Percival Kent – an experienced Paladin, who was tasked with examining the goblin presence in one of the human settlements. The protagonist must solve the intrigue and face an incoming invasion of the creatures.
Hex Commander: Fantasy Heroes for PC, AND and iOS is a classic, turn-based strategy game based on hexadecimal maps. Various areas of these maps introduce specific possibilities and combat advantage (for example, an option to take over buildings or environmental covers). The players can control five races: humans, elves, dwarves, orcs and goblins. The players can fight with various units and characters that have unique skills. This makes the play style adaptable to one’s preferences.
New types of armies can be unlocked by developing the base. Both heroes and units used on the battlefield gain experience points that improve their combat usefulness and in case of heroes enable them to use more deadly skills. Magic used by some wizards and heroes is important as well. For example, Percival can use scrolls to summon the undead or bring a fire rain to the enemies.
Hex Commander: Fantasy Heroes for PC, AND and iOS is a three-dimensional title with simple, but clean graphics.
