Play of Battle PC

Play of Battle is a cross between an RTS and a grand strategy game. It was co-developed by Play of Battle, a studio founded by Jacek Bartosiak, George Friedman and Zbigniew Pisarski, and Noobz from Poland, also known for Total Tank Simulator.

Plot

Play of Battle is set during 2008-2025. The game focuses on rivalry between global superpowers, technological competition and new generation conflicts. The game doesn't shy away from contemporary events though; one topic it covers is the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Mechanics

Play of Battle starts off with choosing the country we want to play us; any country in the world is fair game. Afterwards, the strategic gameplay begins. We are responsible for all the matters tied to how our country runs and how other nations see it. We'll engage in political action, oversee the economy, declare wars, defend ourselves if attacked and participate in other conflicts. On the battlefield, we'll make use of modern units, weaponry and tacitcs. Battles are real-time, therefore we need tactical thinking and quick decision-making.

Technical aspects

The strategic world map of Play of Battle is reminiscent of modern command centers. The battles look very appealing, featuring realistic visuals, plenty of detail and dynamic lighting.
