AND

Rigid Force Redux is an improved version of Rigid Force Alpha released in 2018. Behind the development of this shoot'em up are the authors of the original, that is independent com8com1 Software studio. The game stands out from the original thanks to its nicer graphics, improved user interface and a better balanced difficulty level.

Mechanics

In Rigid Force Redux, we watch the action from the side. During the game we take control of the spaceship and face hordes of enemies. We fight aggressive aliens, mechs and heavily armed enemy ships, making use of a futuristic arsenal of machine guns, rocket launchers and all kinds of laser and energy guns. The firing power can be increased both by numerous improvements gained during the game and by using energy balls, which allow us to lead a special energy attack. In addition to the regular enemies, bosses often stand in our way with much greater strength and resistance to injury, but also much larger than us in size.

Game modes

The pillar of Rigid Force Redux is the role-playing mode. There are also additional variants of the game waiting for those willing to play, namely arcade and boss rush.

Technical aspects

Although in Rigid Force Redux we observe the action from the side, the game has a three-dimensional graphic design. The graphics was kept in a pleasant to the eye, cartoon style.
