Game mechanics

Songs of Glimmerwick is a relaxing RPG that focuses on the story. All the fun revolves around playing the life of a student at a magical university. We begin the adventure by creating our character. The game offers a lot of freedom in this regard. We can choose gender, race, appearance and clothes. Game features an expanded main story, but also contains many optional side activities and adventures.

We attend classes, develop relationships with professors and other students, explore the local village, take care of the university garden and participate in various events, including festivals associated with the passing seasons.

In Songs of Glimmerwick, each spell takes the form of a song. We use them to solve puzzles, help each other with quests and transform the environment during exploration, which allows us to gain access to normally inaccessible locations. As befits an RPG, the game offers a development system, in which we learn new magic skills and develop other talents of our character, such as conversation or trading.

Game modes

The game offers only single player mode.
