Stray Path is a production on the border of RPGs, roguelikes, and card games, inspired by FreeCell (a variation of solitaire), as well as Slay the Spire and Inscryption. The game was developed by the independent studio chx games, while its release was handled by Yogscast Games, known for titles such as PlateUp!, Time to Morp or Border Pioneer.

Gameplay

In Stray Path we enter a fantasy world and become adventurers who travel it. Compared to other game of this type, the described title stands out due to its mechanics. It draws heavily from the aforementioned FreeCell.

Solitaire RPG

The gameplay in Stray Path takes place on a board where cards representing all elements of the game are placed. This applies to both combat skills and equipment, as well as treasure chests found along the way, and even the opponents we have to face.
