War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is a tactical RPG belonging to one of the most recognizable series of the industry. The action is set in the fantasy universe Lapis, known from Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius. The production allows players to take part in the title conflict, which has changed the world forever, and to play turn-based battles and in terms of gameplay resembles e.g. Final Fantasy Tactics and Disgaea cycle. Square Enix is responsible for its creation.

Plot

The action of the game takes place on the continent of Ardor. The plot tells the story of a conflict that took place in the distant past. Several countries were involved: the visionary Leonis, the peaceful Hourne, the barbaric Fennes, the ice-bound Wezette, and the priestly Crystal Sanctuary.

Mechanics

War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is a classic tactical RPG where battles are played in a turn-based system. The action is observed from isometric perspective. Locations are divided into square fields. The player controls a team of different characters and decides where to move, who to attack and what special abilities and spells to use.

Game modes

In War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius we can only play alone. The basis of the game is a feature campaign.

Technical aspects

War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius has a three-dimensional graphic design that presents a decent level for a mobile production - locations and characters are relatively detailed and well animated. The projects of the characters are kept in manganese style and resemble a bit what we know from Vagrant Story or Final Fantasy XII.

It is worth noting that the production was released in a free-to-play model. There is also a micropayment system.
