Warhammer: Mark of Chaos - Battle March is the first official extension to the real-time battle strategy based on the realities of the extremely popular fantasy world - Warhammer. Originally released on the Xbox 360 along with the basic version of the game, now also goes under the thatched roofs of computer owners in the form of a classic add-on.

The most important novelty of this position is a completely new, complete campaign in which we direct the forces of two inaccessible Chaos nations - the magically gifted Dark Elves and the powerful Greenskins, whose armies consist mostly of various orcs and goblins. Both sides have been equipped with a full set of characteristic units (e.g. war hydras, killers, blackguards, lizards, horsemen, etc.), the skillful use of which is essential for the successful completion of all chapters of the campaign. The story of Battle March assumes a common alliance of the above-mentioned factions, therefore, depending on the scenario, we send hosts of one of the races to the battle. While the Greenskins' armies are mostly composed of typical hard killers and do not require far-reaching tactical planning, in later missions we often command units of Dark Elves, which are much better suited for jerky combat, ambushing and more sophisticated operations. In addition, sometimes we are forced to cooperate with allied forces controlled by artificial intelligence, in which case the key issue is the ability to carry out coordinated combat operations.

The new breeds have, of course, been endowed with their own set of heroes with many ingenious and innovative abilities. From mission to mission, they increase their experience and increasingly support our regiments in combat. Also, the races from the basic version of the game have not been forgotten - the authors have supplemented their ranks with new formations, which significantly increase the versatility and strategic capabilities of the army. The original palette of magical objects has also been extended.

Technically, Battle March matches the quality of the stand, offering good graphics and enriching the fictional setting with a wide range of interesting, professionally crafted film interludes. It is also worth paying attention to the new online gameplay modes, which should especially please the fans of the original.
