Homefront The Revolution: Power to the People
This mission is all about filling your "Hearts and Minds" meter. Just like before, you will have to take control over important locations in Ashgate Yellow Zone (Read more about it in a chapter called "Ashgate Yellow Zone"). Remember that you will have access to just few locations like that (the rest will be locked for now).
Another way to fill the meter is sabotage or helping civilians. Destroy propaganda megaphones, scattered around the zone (all have been marked on your map), and support civilians by killing KAL soldiers.
As soon as you reach 100%, move to a safe zone and activate a radio to finish the mission. You will get 1650$ as a reward.
