Once you receive further instructions, you will have to reach the nearest KPA station. Your task is to obtain information about the detained prisoners. The area is well secured.

It is best to sneak inside, without alarming the guards. The entire zone is well fortified and there are many armored units and vehicles patrolling the streets. The screenshot presents a place where the back door is located. Draw your pistol with a silencer or a crossbow, and destroy video surveillance at the entrance. Now you can get inside.

There won't be many units inside, so get to the stairs, and reach the room presented in the screenshot. There is a computer, which you need to hack to learn about the location of the three prisoners.

They can be rescued by throwing at least three hacking devices at a control panel presented in the screenshot.

Remember! It is highly possible that the alarm will go off once you use a hacking device. If that happens, open the right prison cells and leave the danger zone as quickly as possible. The right ones are B1, C5 and D4. Each wing has been marked, so you shouldn't have many problems.

Repeat the action two more times, and get back to Small's hideout. You will finish your mission and receive 3500$.
