Homefront The Revolution: The Die Has Been Cast

Remember! This is one of the last tasks in the game. Starting it will prevent you from doing any more activities in the zones. This means you won't be able to return to the exploration, doing side-quests nor capturing strategic points.

Accept the plan given to you by Parrish and follow him to the town hall. Before that however, check the locker for the equipment as it will be one of the last possibilities of buying upgrades or weapons. When you're done with that, approach the lift to the right and go to the roof.

When on the roof, follow the route marked by you allies. Destroy a lock on a gate blocking the road and continue. As you get to the place shown in the picture, go to the boot to the left and hack the transmitter. There are some KAL soldiers around but they shouldn't pose any problems.

Upon arriving to the next point, put up your line and slide down to the roof below. Fight the KAL soldiers there. Watch out for the ones that are heavily armed. As soon as Dana finishes hacking the door abandon the place and go downstairs. You will be granted 3500$.
