Assassin's Creed x Watch Dogs: Legion Crossover Gets a Trailer

We finally got a trailer for the upcoming crossover between Watch Dogs: Legion and the Assassin's Creed series. A new female protagonist and two story missions await the players.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  • Ubisoft released a trailer for the latest update to Watch Dogs: Legion;
  • It will introduce a crossover with the Assassin's Creed series;
  • A new heroine, two story missions and open world events will be made available to us.

Back in March it was announced that Watch Dogs: Legion will receive an update introducing a crossover with the Assassin's Creed universe. Only basic information about the update was revealed at the time. Now we finally got a full-fledged trailer that reveals what we can expect. We'll have a new heroine and several story missions at our disposal .

The trailer shows a few shots of the new locations, where we can notice many assassin-inspired objects from eras familiar to fans of the series. An off-screen narration performed by a mysterious Templar focuses on the repeated downfalls of the brotherhood, which constantly has to face new threats. The short material also enables us to take a look at the female protagonist Darcy, who operates in London as an Assassin and is very eager to use her hidden blade.

Only season sass holders will be able to play as the new character. All players, however, will be able to experience a short storyline, which the developers have prepared. It includes two main missions and several minor events in the open world. So far, this update doesn't stun with its content. Nevertheless, it can be a treat for fans of both series.

The update will be available from August 24.
