Developers from Larian Studios have already attempted to put out the fire, releasing a small hotfix to Baldur's Gate 3. At the same time, they asked players to manually download the latest console firmware update.
Apparently, however, it didn't have the intended effect, because a few hours ago Microsoft's support profile on X a posted information about the continued occurrence of the bug. At the same time, the company offered a temporary, standard solution to the problem.
The published post also included a link to Microsoft's official support page, where it is once again explained how to perform all the necessary steps.
