Have you thought about a career as a villain in Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord? If so, in this guide you will learn everything important about criminal rating.
Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is a sandbox that combines RPG and strategy elements. In the game, the players can act as they wish, which for some may mean trying their hand as a criminal. In this guide we explain everything related to criminal rating.
The criminal rating system closely tracks a player's bad behavior. It can be either a minor transgression like smuggling goods, or something more serious like raiding a caravan and killing the entire escort. For each offense, the player receives points. The more of them they earn, the more dire the consequences.
Each kingdom tracks the player's crimes individually, therefore, if you have committed crimes in the territory of one of them, the other should not prosecute you for it.

If you don't know where to look for information about your criminal rating, enter any faction's city, then find the dagger icon at the top of the screen. There you will find out how many points you have. In case you don't want to be seen as a bad character in a particular kingdom, aim to lower the criminal rating.
