This year's RPG revelation, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, has received a new update. According to the developers' announcement, patch 1.4.0 brings a bunch of fixes and improvements, including the ability to immediately restart a fight after losing.
As the developers emphasize, this option was "one of the most frequently suggested changes by players," and the team is "very excited" that they finally managed to implement it. Community response? Definitely enthusiastic. Among the comments on Reddit, we can read that: "the Battle retry and autoplay on dialogue are huge QOL improvements."
With the new patch, they also added an auto-play dialogue feature, which many players found really helpful.
