Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay Recorded on PS4 Pro and PS5

The developers of Cyberpunk 2077 revealed their cards and presented gameplay recorded on PS4 Pro and PS5 versions. CD Projekt RED made sure that the title looked really nice on both consoles of the Japanese giant.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  1. CD Projekt RED showed a gameplay from Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 Pro and PS5;
  2. The game on both consoles looks nice, although features less traffic on the streets of Night City than on most materials published so far.

After the presentation of Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay from the Xbox One version (which we'll also launch on Xbox Series X/S), CD Projekt RED had no choice but to show gameplay footage recorded on PlayStation 4 Pro and PlayStation 5. As with the Microsoft console versions, the title looks really good on the hardware of the Japanese company.

Yes, on PS4 Pro we won't see traffic jams on the streets and crowds on the sidewalks, but Night City and the surrounding area still look good. Although one of the scenes clearly show problems with shadows (pay attention to what's happening on the desk), it's impossible not to notice that the game seems to work a bit smoother than the recently shown version for Microsoft's console. It's also worth noting that untill we get the true next-gen update for PS5, Cyberpunk 2077 will run in backwards compatibility mode (which won't stop it from looking and working better than on PS4).

Finally, we can't help but remind that Cyberpunk 2077 will launch on December 10. The game will be coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
