During the E3 Sony Computer Entertainment conference a trailer of the cooperative mode for Star Wars: Battlefront called Survival was demonstrated. As you can see in the above video, it is a classic co-op script in which the player and their companions must defend themselves against the attacking enemy troops who become stronger with each successive wave (in total there are 15 of them). You can play online as well as share the screen in an old-school split-screen. What's more, Survival is not the only mode in which you will be able to prove yourself. In the type of missions called Battle the players will clash with each other while being supported by a group of allies controlled by artificial intelligence. In Hero Battle, as the name itself suggests, we’ll be pitted against each other as the iconic characters from the Star Wars universe, such as Luke Skywalker or Darth Vader. As for the last mode, Trials, for now we only know its name, but it could suggest partaking in challenges of some kind.
Star Wars: Battlefront will launch November 19 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. During the conference of Electronic Arts which took place several hours earlier we were shown the first gameplay video. You can watch it below.
