Everything we know about Gen V season 2

Eric Kripke is expanding the universe of The Boys and the first season of Gen V was just the beginning. The show was so well received that a second season was ordered even before the final episode of Gen V. This is definitely a success for Kripke, who puts his name on the entire project.

When is Gen V season 2 coming out?

The second season has just been announced, and of course, no details have been revealed regarding a possible premiere date. We recently learned that the 4 season of The Boys will appear in early 2024. The actors may return to the Gen V set at the same time to begin filming the next season.

Gen V season 2 plot

We know how the first season of Gen V ended - Cate and Sam started mass killing ordinary people while their friends tried to stop them. Marie, Emma, Jordan, and Andre behaved honorably by trying to protect the weaker ones, but their assault on other supes was disapproved by Homelander, who now controls the Vought corporation.

For this reason, Sam and Cate were appointed as the new Guardians of Godolkin, and the remaining four were locked in a mysterious room with no doors or windows. The end of the series showed how Marie and Victoria Neuman became closer. Both women have the same superpower, which could make Claudia Doumit play an important role in both productions.

At this point, the second season of Gen V is a huge unknown. Eric Kripke will just start writing the script, in which he has to combine the plots from the two series. And thus, the universe is becoming even more captivating.
