Fallout 1.5: Resurrection is out in English
Fallout 1.5: Resurrection has already launched in English. This fan-made Fallout 2 modification offers a whole new story-based campaign, providing about 25 hours of gameplay.
As promised, Czech modders have just released the English version of their huge project Fallout 1.5: Resurrection. This Fallout 2 mod is actually a whole new game set in the cult post-apocalyptic RPG universe. Fallout 1.5 features a story-based single player campaign for about 25 hours of gameplay. Story-wise it is set some time between Fallout 1 and 2 in New Mexico. The installation files can be downloaded from here – note that you need Fallout 2 installed in order to play the mod. In case you run into any technical problems, make sure you have read the Readme file and check up the forums.
The main hero of Fallout 1.5: Resurrection wakes up suffering from injuries and amnesia somewhere in New Mexico with nothing but a mysterious talisman on himself. Soon he finds out about the Cult of Renewal, an organization able to turn ghouls into normal humans, but at a high price. Fallout 1.5 is a perfect offer for those who loved the original Fallout games and wish to enjoy another adventure in the Wasteland with the classic mechanics and good old isometric view. Note that the mod comes with High Resolution pack.
