Flashback 2 Announced; Launch This Winter
Flashback returns after 30 years. The next installment of the iconic platformer was announced during the Summer Game Fest.
Summer Game Fest provided us with a very interesting but unexpected announcement. It turns out that after 30 years from the premiere, Flashback will get a continuation.
The presented material did not tell us too much about the game itself. However, we can certainly assume that an extremely stylish and atmospheric game awaits us.
It is also clear that Flashback 2 will not deviate from the formula that worked in 1993. Once again it will be an arcade platform game and Microids, studio known for example from the Syberia series, will be responsible for its creation.
The game will debut in winter this year. It will be available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch.
